Pasir Ris Drive 3 Land Parcel launching soon.?This land parcel was allowed to be leased for a period of 99 years, and it was one of the six residential sites that was part of the Government Land Sales (GLS) programme for the first half of 2012. It was once under the Confirmed List of sites and was launched for sale through public tender on April 16, 2012 until June 5, 2012.
The 2.2 hectare or 22,317.4 square meters of land was won by Capital Development Pte Ltd after having a tendered sale price of $210.99 million or $4,502.08 per square meter of gross floor area. It is located near the Pasir Ris MRT Station and the Pasir Ris Bus Interchange, and future residents also have the option to pass through the Tampines Expressway.
The residential land parcel is ideally located near several amenities including schools, recreational facilities, and shopping areas. This makes it convenient for residents to go from one place to another, and residents are also provided with several opportunities for self development, relaxation, and fulfillment.
Among the educational institutions close to the land parcel include: Siglap Secondary School, Elias Park Primary School, Park View Primary School, Meridian Junior College, Meridian Primary School, Hai Sing Catholic School, Coral Primary School, and Coral Secondary School.
